For the customer enabling online banking at the counter, please set login password during the first login.

Please try to use online banking by dedicated computer and regularly update operating system security patches and antivirus software.

Please access online banking via CCB website, not via E-mail or unknown websites.

After completing operation in online banking, please click “Log Out” in the upper right corner of the page to ensure safe exit.

If you are USB Key customer, please immediately remove your USB Key and keep it properly after logging out online banking.
